Life's stress gets to all of us. Stress can come in many ways (good and bad things in our lives). Most people, get eaten up by upsetting thoughts and feelings when bad things happen. These thoughts and feelings keep us from enjoying our life. They stop us from moving forward. Learn to unhook from upsetting thoughts and feelings.
I offer therapy for children, teens, and adults. I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). CBT is used to treat many problems. In addition, I have experience in doing Neuro-Developmental Evals. Evals can be for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Learning Disorders.
