Narrative

It may never feel like it’s the “right time” to start. Why not start now? I would be happy to walk with you in any season of life that you are in. Life is not a line, and neither is the healing process. Recovery may take place in ebbs and flows. You may have days where you feel like you’re making good progress. At times you feel stuck or you’ve gone backwards. Part of my role is to help you remain encouraged. I can remind you of the progress you’ve already made. My goal is to help you unlearn the survival techniques you may have created to protect yourself from the emotional pain

Your therapy will be individualized to match your specific needs, lifestyle, and pace. My approach is to create a safe space for you to feel heard and unjudged as you work towards building a life that is meaningful, peaceful, productive, and worth living.
