Narrative

I am back in-person during evenings and Saturdays! I love working with children age 5+, teens, adults, couples, and families from all walks of life.

I believe counseling is working together. relationship, It is important we have mutual trust and respect. You want to feel safe. You can share your feelings and thoughts freely. No judgment. We'll battle the struggles you face. We'll find an answer to the problems. I'll give you tools to use. You can learn new ways to deal with feelings, thoughts, and life. I would love to work with you!


My approach is mainly CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy). Together, we fit my skills based on your needs. With children, we work on hands-on and play therapy. I use drawings and games. etc., Parents play a role in counseling. I want to understand and help children in all areas of life.


I have afternoon, evening, and Saturday times. I can also help you set up the video counseling.  You do not need to leave your office or home. Insurance usually covers video sessions. I am in the office too. We can meet in person!
