Are you feeling that you are not living up to what you can do? Within you lies the power to deal with life's challenges. You may need help to use this power. Counseling can be a key that leads to a better life. I believe that skilled treatment can assist people with some challenges. The Counselor and the person must work together. They need to make a plan to reach the goals that the person has chosen.

I am bilingual. I have worked well with Spanish speakers. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.  I have worked with children, teens and adults.

I would like to work together with you. You can have life success. In counseling, we can beat harming thoughts and behaviors. You can learn new ways of living. Depression and anxiety grow. They can seem scary.  Join me in working on finding out what you can do.
