Narrative

As people, we act based on what has worked for us in the past. Such behaviors may not be healthy or positive ones. That is what brings you in today. You want to work and get better at doing life in a more positive and healthier way. Yes, we may encounter ourselves revolving around unhealthy coping skills and not very strong boundaries with those around us. It may be what makes us feel in greater need of connection and positivity in our lives. If there is anything that life has taught us, is that we can change, or rebuild ourselves into that person you have always desired.


I started volunteering at the age of 18 at a private practice in summer programs, with children and teens. I began to learn about good communication not only with this population but with adults as well. Since then I have worked very hard to acquired the necessary licenses and experiences to help others live healthier and happier lives.


I am here to help you navigate your life alongside with you. To help motivate, encourage and empower the amazing person that you already are. Together we will find the answers and tools that will bring out the best in you for your own well being.You can have a happier life with more meaningful relationships with yourself and others.
