At Harp Wellness, we try to create counseling space just for you. It's one made to help you move to where you want to be. It's done in a way that works for you. No one experiences life the same way. We all have different ways to make us see events in our own way. This can also make things confusing.  We can feel we are not understood and lonely. Negative feelings create roadblocks. It's how we respond to them. We can just plain ol' Hulk-smash them.  Let us help you feel successful while you live in your world.


Our practice has personal, family, couples and group counseling services. We try to create counseling to fit that's just right for you.


Welcome to our safe space. We work with you, alongside you. We have answers that can bring you calm, direction, and satisfaction. Believe us. We know healthy change is hard. There's no one way to get there either. We help you find what healthy looks like for you. We help you find how to get there.

Service location options includes telehealth or in-office at our Flower Mound site.
