Narrative
CIS staff support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with significant and psychiatric challenges to remain in the community. Staff provide therapeutic support to those demonstrating a crisis through out-of-home crisis respite up to 14 days or in-home crisis respite within a 72-hour period. CIS staff conduct training to families, day habilitation programs, law enforcement, schools, HCS providers, and ICF providers to meet the needs of the individual.
