Narrative
Texas Panhandle Centers Behavioral and Developmental Health (TPC), was known as Texas Panhandle Mental Health Mental Retardation. It is part of the Texas Community Center system. It is governed by a local board of trustees representing the citizens of the upper twenty-one counties of the Texas Panhandle. We serve people with behavioral health needs (mental illness), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and children with developmental delays (DD).
