Individuals with Mental Illnesses in Denton County may qualify to receive Case Management Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Skills Training, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. They may also be given referrals and helped to access alternate community resources. Hotline staff provides information, support, intake appointments, intervention, and referrals to callers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mobile Crisis Outreach Teams (MCOTs) provide clinical assessments to individuals in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MCOT services are available to individuals currently in Denton County who are presenting as a danger to them self or others or are experiencing severe deterioration.
