Has your child been overly anxious since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis? Is your child experiencing more tantrums or having trouble focusing? Are you concerned your child will be behind after being out of school for months?

Children and families are trying to adjust to significant changes in school, home, work, and social lives. As parents and caretakers, we are struggling to balance these very typical reactions to stress with how to move forward in the “new normal” of uncertain times. I can work with your family to determine why your child or teen is having difficulty and what we can do to help.

I specialize in assessment to understand why a child is struggling and parent coaching to help manage behaviors. I offer collaborative, strength-based evaluations for attention problems, learning disorders, emotional symptoms, and Autism. Parent coaching develops tools to manage your child's emotions, improve resiliency, and strengthen family relationships.

I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in assessment, parent consultation, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My approach is warm, practical, engaging, and integrative, especially for those who may be hesitant about seeking services.
