Narrative

My approach is all about helping you to see your life in a new way so you can move forward. My goal is to partner with you to see new choices you might not have looked at and embrace your strengths. For me, the most rewarding part of being a therapist is helping someone move in their journey from struggling to thriving. Sessions involve lots of feedback, encouragement, and looking at what you're doing right.

My experience includes providing counseling and social services in rural community behavioral health settings and schools for over 20 years. I have been in private practice as a therapist in Texas since 2012.
