Narrative

My main focus in counseling is helping people who have difficulty with their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts. There are as many issues as there are people. Everyone is unique. I have acquired skills in helping people with problems over the years that include hypnotherapy, brief counseling and consultations, employee back-to-work evaluations, organizational development projects, and consultations for managers seeking services for on-site injury or deaths. But if you are someone who is struggling with stress and worry, or self-esteem problems, I'm sure we can help there, too
