Narrative
I believe that having a safe space and understanding is vital to our success in navigating the difficulties and challenges that life presents to us. My goals in my work with people is to help them process and understand the challenges. I help them to learn about themselves, to heal, grow, and look at what makes them unique. I learned the value in therapy myself. I feel that my purpose is to offer this to others.
