Say no and mean it! Learn to believe in yourself! Our own thoughts/beliefs can cause us to feel lacking or weak. Struggling with anxiety, anger or family of origin difficulties (controlling or distant parents), low self esteem/self worth and toxic family systems can affect our ability to see ourselves realistically or be self critical. This can  affect our mood. You can learn to control anxiety and thoughts with tools and practice. You can change your self talk. You can look at your beliefs about yourself.


I see people who are struggling with:

  • anxiety/transitions in life (career/relationship/school/grief)
  • family problems
  • relationship issues
  • depression
  • self esteem/self worth/confidence

If you have problems standing up for yourself, I can help you be more assertive, You can learn to be a self-advocate.


We've all struggled at one point in our life. It can be hard to ask for help. My goal is for you to feel empowered. Gain insight. Learn new skills to deal with stress. Reduce anxiety, Learn to assert yourself and say no. Improve confidence. Have an improved belief in self.
