Narrative

People can have trauma or severe life stress. It is not uncommon for them to feel their lives are falling apart. I want to bring understanding and healing to those who have been through a traumatic/stressful time. They struggle with chronic mental/developmental health challenges. I want to be a breath of fresh air for people! My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. I make a safe and healing space. People can feel safe, heard, and understood. They can begin their trip of finding peace, healing, and new beginnings.


Counseling is the tool that I use to build a helpful bond with people. I teach them how to find answers to their problems. I know that no one way is right for every person. 


 People's wishes and their values are important.  I see and and adapt to their ways of growing. I want to give lots of tools to the people that I see! Let's get to work!
