Narrative

Are you dealing with problems of trauma, addictions or anxiety? Have you notice that you have little or no memories? Have trouble sleeping or focusing? Is there more stress in your life? Do you feel overwhelmed? Are you depressed? Do you want to hurt yourself?, Do you know "who you are"? If so, I'd like to help you. I will help you cope with  feelings that you have when faced with trauma life changes. Working together, I can help you learn ways to feel more in control. We can lessen your stress. improve your relationships. You can reclaim joy and hope in your life.

I believe that true healing comes from seeing the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I use person-centered tools. I will meet you where you are as we work to develop a plan for you. I use compassion, coaching and a tools best suited to your goals.

Reaching out for help can be hard. I try to create a safe space. Space that is welcoming, respectful and encouraging. We can chart the path to your personal goals.
