Narrative

Everyone wants to be heard. We all can be helped with counseling. People want to check in from time to time. You may have life stress.It can be work life balance, family problems, or life coaching. People want to heal trauma. They want to lessen symptoms of a mental health problem. Counseling is for us all. It should be a part of one’s life experience.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). returning to private practice.  I use:

• Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT),
• Christian counseling 
• Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)

I think counseling is for everyone. It should be a part of our lives. It's like an annual well check up. I will listen in sessions with caring and respect. My goal is to help my clients steer their lives towards wellness. You can have peace and good feelings. You can lessen the stigma of seeking counseling help.
