Narrative

People come to counseling with a desire to get help.  Do you want to be heard, accepted and challenged. Do you want to grow? I hope we can understand your past. We can work on your needs now. We can set goals that make you feel better!

I love helping people learn new skills.  I believe we all have energy that comes and goes. We need to learn how to steer ourselves. I like helping people take control when they feel out of control. I use holistic counseling. Relationships with people, food, sleep, and activities are important.

I believe we all have a right to find purpose and belonging. We want acceptance, and balance. I ask you to reach out to me. Let's see if we could be a good fit.
