I want to help people who have suffered trauma of any kind. I am certified in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy) for children under the age of 18. I know child and teen trauma and the full family issues.
Individual Counseling - This is best suited for people who want a 1:1 experience. We can look at you. We can talk about issues you may be facing. It may be anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, sadness, grief, trauma, etc.
