Narrative

I work with adults experiencing difficult life events, complex and overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I enjoy working with autistic, ADHD, and other neurodiverse people, as well as folks with other executive functioning problems, IDD, and learning disabilities. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapeutic intervention and support. Respecting clients as the expert on themselves, I collaborate to problem-solve, teach skills, and bear witness. I am a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size practitioner strongly influenced by developmental theory and secular humanism.


I am currently training in Somatic Experiencing, a mind-body approach to treating trauma. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and the Association for Size Diversity and Health.
