Narrative

I have worked 22 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I was a special ed teacher and school counselor for 27 years. I have a son with ADHD. 

There are several ways I use to help people. I want to help you deal with thoughts and behaviors that may be causing you problems. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) as well as other tools  to help people I see.  I will meet with you using Teletherapy. I use a secure HIPAA compliant way to work with you.
