Narrative

Help & trust are needed for mental well-being. I enjoy helping and being caring. I can use counseling tools to work with you. We can build confidence in you. We can get you through tough times.  I used to be a nurse I understand problems that happen with illness or disabilities. I also work with children and adults that have seen abuse and trauma. I want to see others overcome hard times.
