Narrative

I like to think of counseling as a time to gain a good view of who we are. I think people can gain a "bird's eye view" of their own life from counseling. Most people I have helped come to counselingbecause they are "stuck". Maybe, they are stuck in the same ways or thinking or acting over and again. Maybe, they are stuck in the same space, They may have anxiety or be unhappy. Counseling is a turning point in becoming "unstuck". It is a time to grow.  I welcome the chance to talk with you. I want to see how we can work together.

I look for the chance to meet with you. I want to join you on your own journey of self discovery. At this time,  I only do Teletherapy visits.
