Narrative

First things first... You are not "broken"; there is not something "wrong" with you. Oh yeah, and you're not "crazy." We all develop views of the world and cope based on our lives. It's what your brain does to help you adapt and survive! I enjoy helping my clients become aware of these skills. I can help you use them in the best way.  I enjoy aiding clients to learn new skills and tools.  New tools help in places where the old ones aren't working anymore.


I counsel teens & adults. I use mindfulness to assist clients in building answers to stress. I work closely with family members of people who are abuse victims. I also help people in the LGBTQ+ community. My focus is with Gender Dysphoria & other gender related concerns.


We're not a fan of "one size fits all"... It doesn't work for shoes. It  doesn't work for people. This is why we have a nework compiled a network of trained counselors to fit any need.
