Narrative

Because of COVID-19, I am currently only offering telehealth sessions. 

I understand the fact that life happens. Everyone has challenges and worries in their lives.  I know how important therapy is. Therapy helps people through their struggles. I can help with self-awareness, self-esteem, support, and life satisfaction. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds.  I use a welcoming setting. I can provide a safe place for help and support.  Whatever your personal concerns may be, I look forward to working with you.


My approach to therapy is caring, real, and free of judgment. Therapy with me should feel comfortable. You will always be able to be yourself.


Helping people is something that I care about. It is something I love doing.  When working with people, my goal is to help people explore their needs. I can connect in a caring and kind way.
