I want to work with you to find your truth. I have a safe and caring space. It is my goal to help you work through your feelings. We can walk through trauma. Trauma may be keeping you from  growth and finding your true self. I will help you gain skills and answers. Skills and answers will have a good impact on your dealings with friends and family.  You to live your best life.

I worked to help people with Autism Spectrum Disorder develop social skills. I worked with parents of special needs children.  I have over 25 years of experience.
