Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck? Sometimes we get trapped in the same habits. We get the same answers. We lose direction. Having someone walk besides us through these hard times can be helpful. I want to do just that. I like to help people find balance, and answers. I want to help people be themselves. I use laughter/humor to promote healing.
