Narrative

The overall experience is the most important thing to me as a counselor and I strive to create an atmosphere where clients can communicate their feelings with confidence and know that they are being heard, understood, and not judged with a belief that the client plays an active role in their own personal healing to allow for the greatest amount of growth and progress.

Approaches & Techniques: My counseling approaches and techniques are client-centered, while using behavioral and integrative techniques tailored to fit the individual or couple. It is my belief that the client is the expert of their own life and knows what they want and need because each journey is unique to the individual.

My path was chosen through the desire to want to pay forward my experience and education to help others process their emotions, feelings, and/or traumas in a healthy manner. l understand being alone in your pain from my past and want to help ease my clients through their processing of their pain.
