Narrative

I think people are the experts of their own lives and experiences. People may need help to grow and move toward wholeness and health. I provide counseling services working with teens and adults. They may be dealing with depression and anxiety. I work with people to make a personal and caring plan.  I use tools and look for answers. We work together to heal. You can deal with painful experiences. You can learn healthy skills to move forward. We can work on growth and positive changes. Together, we work to  balance health and wellness.

Together, we can work to reach the growth you want. Counseling is not just what happens in our time together. The skills and tools you can carry with you in your toolbox to help you reach your goal.
