There’s nothing wrong with needing a little help to get back on your path. We all have those low moments. Some of us go through this more often than others. I want you to know that this is all OKAY.

First, clap for yourself. You love yourself so much that you’re seeking help. If you have feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression, or just need help gathering your thoughts -  look no more.

We want to help each of you Reach Individual Success Eternally (RISE)! Together we can obtain a balance of self-awareness, stress management, and coping skills. We can help restore an abundant life. I believe there is no wall too great that you cannot overcome. I enjoy helping others gain control over their lives and life challenges.

When things are overwhelming,seeking counseling is the first step. Together we will look at your issues. You can RISE above them by learning the best skills to overcome these feelings. Feelings can only live for about 90 seconds in your body. You are not your mind, thoughts or actions. Let’s find freedom together.
