If I offer you counseling only, when you become overwhelmed you may become dependent. I want to help guide you to your strength and healing through the development of short and long term goals, interpersonal skills,tools and cognitive behavioral techniques.

My life and multicultural experiences allow me to have patience and respect for your values.  I listen, hear and reflect your thoughts, consider your story, context and beliefs. Therefore I offer you individualized and unique tools. Finally, my experience with conflict resolution helps you to resolve inner battles and battles with others.
