Are you feeling it is time for something new? Do you need some help in finding a place to start? I am here to walk alongside you in your journey. Where you would like to be? Sometimes, we know what are goals are. We may be unsure on the steps to get there. We know we need a change but don’t know exactly what it is. Change can be difficult. Going it alone is scary. I would be happy to walk with you on your journey. I can offer a safe and confidential place where change can happen.


I have worked with clients aged 6 and up working through a variety of difficulties. I am a military spouse and have lived through both active duty and reserve life and have a special interest in military families and the reintegration process.


I am here for telehealth appointments. Each person’s needs and life are different. Counseling will be fit to your needs. You can take control of your life, direction, and relationships! I look forward to walking with you on your journey.
