We still have COVID 19 and social distancing concerns. I am doing all counseling via TeleHealth and secure video platforms.

I am an experienced licensed counselor. I have been working with people, couples and families for over sixteen years. I want to help develop healthier coping ways for people. I want them to work better in all areas of their lives. I work with my people to make a treatment plan. We can set goals for each one's own issues and situations. I can offer treatment to help client's regain their overall functioning in life. You can learn to manage and overcome feelings of powerlessness & hopelessness. Learn to gain or re-gain control. Better manage your mood and daily life.


I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient setting. I worked with all types of people. My goal is always to see every clients story and issues as unique. I want to understand their feelings and role in life with caring and concern.


I want to develop a trusting, respectful and sharing space. You can feel safe to explore your problems. You can work on change and growth in your life. Listening and teaching can give the right tools and setting in therapy. I want to help find your answers to your most difficult problems.
