Do you feel stuck? Are you tired of dealing with anxiety and depression alone? Do you need help challenging your "inner critic"? My goal as a therapist is to provide a no-judgment space for self-discovery and healing. I know how much I value feeling seen and heard. I hope to offer people the same.
I specialize in working with teens/young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and poor self-esteem. I am a firm believer in self-compassion, mindfulness, and grounding. I have experience as an teen inpatient therapist. I worked with many different issues such as self harm, family problems, bullying, and more.
I would love to have the chance to support and help you during this time of your life. I offer a safe space where you can breathe, process, and find respite. Therapy should be a place where you can always count on being first. There is always hope and you are never alone! NOTE: At this time I offer tele-therapy only.
