My counseling approach is simple. Caring, understanding, client focused, brief, & solution based. Your needs and goals should be the driving force of your therapy sessions. Counseling for adults and teens uses powerful tools. I like to use them in therapy. In teens, it may be how to provide boundaries. With adults it's areas of life they may want to improve. "Homework" and other client tools are used for growth in therapy.


Autism/PDD/ASD Specialty focus & training. As a mother to an autistic son, I love working with ASD (& neuro-typical) teens & adults.  I can help in making behavioral, social & future goals. Social skills and goal setting are needed. They can be a struggle- help is available!
