It's ok to not be ok!

I believe that everyone needs the chance to work through their thoughts and feelings. I can you a  safe, caring space. I try to give this chance to every one I work with. I really like working one-on-one with people. I can help them reach their goals. I want to let people overcome their personal roadblocks and grow.  I try to meet the needs of each person. We can find a common family goal. I see people using telehealth.


I want to see my people do better. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), TBRI and play therapy. However, I fit counseling services based on your needs.


Life happens! We are all human. It is okay to "not be ok." I offer counseling in the following areas:
