Some of us are going through life, but are we really living? Life comes with many challenges and obstacles. They can impact our mental health and well-being.  Seeking counseling can be hard and scary. It is the first step on your road of healing. It shows strength. Creating a safe space for you is of very important to me. I show real caring. I want you to feel trust in the work I do. I try to help you grow and be empowered. I work together with people. We can go through the counseling process.

I have experience working with teens, adults, and couples.
